• Board of Directors Report. The Board requested that Rick summit the paperwork to the IRS for Non-profit status. The Board has also formally requested to the Planning Department that the OVPNA area be considered for rezoning from RM and R-2 to R-1.  We are waiting to hear from the city.

• The HDC would like to have more workshops in the future.  They will update us on their future plans.

• Safety and Blight. Mike Noble will do a follow-up with LT. Barkley about the speeding on Scott st.

• The Membership committee will be sending out renewal letters starting Jan 2,  2006

• The webmaster has been requested to see about linking with the cities and HDC and the Mainstreet websites.  And he did it, too.

• John and Robyn will chair the 2006 block party.

• The Fall progressive dinner will have a surf and turf theme.  The party will take place at the Caldwell home on October 21, 2006.  The cost will be 25$ per couple.  If you would like to attend, please rsvp no later than October 18 at 457-4574 or hkcaldwell@aol.com so we will know how many lobsters to order.
